You may get married without your parents If you are more than 18 years of age and your boyfriend is of 21years of age. But some friends or relatives should be there to identify and witness

Of course you can. Once the boy or girl attains the age of majority and are able to take decisions byself ...they can do.
if you both are of same religion that would be very very easy and if you both are from different religion then conversion is must for any of the party.
