Hello sir/mam, I got married according to Hindu rituals but now seek divorce. My husband, who suffers from OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), is not mentally fit. How can I prove his OCD problem in court? Please advise.

Hi,What is.ur date of marriage?is ur husband is unable to perform matrimonial duties?and do u have medical record of ur husband which shows that ur husband is mentally ill, if yes then u can file divorce petition

My friend have taken my car for going somewhere . On the way fatal accident have taken place. He expired on the way to hospital. Insurance of the car has expired. I am the first owner of the car and I have RC of the car on my name. How to release vehicle from police custody? Give detail procedure

Hi,U can get ur car by the way of superdari it's a process of court in which magistrate direct to the incharge of police station to release the vehicle if not more requirement in the case,its not a big issue,but it can be a big issue 4 u if the legal representative of the deceased person claim compensation on account of death of that person,think to procure urself from this tangle.

Q: Can we take a divorce before completing 1year of marriage

married on 18 th feb , husband wanted to give me divorce . Is this legal to give divorce before completing of 1 year of marriage

Q: How to claim compensation in accident case

My car taken by son friend and met with accident total loss car damaged.His friend gives an affidavit that he shall bear the damage and repair. His father now says you take loan and I have to pay it instalment to him.I am at loss what do I do.My car. Is 2017 ciaz model and is on loan can I legally claim the loss and damages so that he replaces my car which he is not willing to do.

Hi,If ur car is full insured then the damage will bear by the insurance bn company.first of all give a legal notice to insurance company they will settle bn the matter if they not then u can file a case against them in consumer court

I want to get married to my longtime boyfriend in India I live in abroad on a work visa. I am coming for 18 days can I get married to him without letting our parents know about it.?
