Is it possible to file a case against my mother for not giving me food

My question may seem silly . But if you are in my situation you will get to know it's seriousness . I'm starving most of the days . I'm 18 . I cried to my mom asking for food but she doesn't cook and it is not possible for me to cook either . Even if I can't raise an complaint please find me an solution . I'm dying . If a human don't eat food properly each day there will be hell a lot of problems physically and mentally . Will there can be any mom like this ?
If it isso you can file domestic violence case against your mother and also can file maintenance application under the provisions of criminal procedure code. You can claim interim order against her if she earns good.

Generally it is duty of parents to raise their child till it becomes major. Now you are 18 years old i.e an adult. so it is not mandatory for your mother to cook for you.
