Is it necessary for girl to be present for Court marriage ?

I want to know, girls need to go in front of registrar for sign, when document submited for court marriage. Is it necessary?

Under special marriage act, 1 months notice is required to be made so at the time of first appearance before marriage registrar any one spouse is required thereafter on second visit after completion of 1 months both husband and wife along with 3 witnesses are required to be present before registrar and at the same time you will get the marriage certificate...

Dear client, Duty of the registrar is to verify the matter, as it is marriage between the both hence both must be present with them with the proper identification just like passport, pan card or Aadhar card, and two witnesses who attended the same marriage,
