is husband liable for wife's actions

My wife is suffering from bipolar mood disorder from last 4.5 years. She has been taken to doctor but arbitrarily stops medication after 6 month against the medical advise. She spends money without any control. She recently purchased a car on her own when she doesn't know driving properly. This behavior of her is not controllable. As a husband, am I financially or otherwise liable for any issue coming out of her such behavior ?

Dear Sir, You are not liable to pay anything to any of the borrowers of your wife. To be on the safe side you may release a paper publication saying that you are not responsible if anybody lending money in any manner to your wife. Similar, notifications may be placed on the WhatsApp groups of your family members so that they are prevented from advancing loans to her.
