Intermediate maintenance IA with RCR case & Crpc125 case in evdnc stag

Hi, my query is regarding intermediate maintenance in RCR and it's procedure for awarding the same. But the Crpc 12 case is at evidence stage They filed crpc 125 on sep 2018 and later dec 2018 RCR, once crpc case notice received and I started to contest it. I am contesting crpc with possible evidences. PW1 ie petitioner, my wife's cross examination has been done. now it is in evidence stage from their side as my evidences have submitted along with objections. At this stage, now filing intermediate maintenance IA for that RCR case. Please let me know, how effective or legal it is ? I want to know is intermediate maintenance for these cases will be awarded , even if case is in evidence stage by their side itself? note this case is running after 4 yrs of separation and 2017 DV case has been dismissed as they didn't contest that false case.
