Interference in my personal life by my wife and her family

i am married and in my home me and mine wifeand 4 years daughter living. and mine in laws and her cousin brother sister have lot off interfere in mine life they due that interfere its effect on mine personal life and now i am getting stressed and suffering with depression. she always asking to me she want divorce with me . she is threading to me her cousin brother will come and fix him. i am alone mine parents passed away long ago. mine brother and sisters and married. so please suggest me how i can control this situations. she always on phone with them they bind up thats make worse mine life
You should need to file application cum complaint with immediate police authorities SSP or Commissioner of Police of your district for save your life & liberty with all actual facts detail date wise from the date of marriage or engagement date against all the persons, whom were do so with you. If the police failed to do so, you can file the same petition with concerned court and in high court also to protect your life liberty. The high court has inherent powers to resolve your issues.
If you are not interested to carry on your matrimonial relation with your wife, you can also file divorce petition under section 13 Hindu Marriage Act ( If you belongs to Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Bodh etc Community ) with all actual facts date wise from your marriage date.
