Q: How much time can be granted from alienating shared household
Owing to some family issues my father is threatening us to sell our only Residential House. So my mother wants to file suit under section 19 of the Domestic Violence Act. My question is for how much period stay can be granted from alienating shared household in an Interim Order.

The court may be stayed the case property at the first instance, if proper documentation of property ownership attached along with suit. Otherwise court will ordered for service to opposite party to present and after reply of the opposite party go for order, what it think suitable. Your mother can also go for civil suit for stay if she has interest or partly owner or payment made by your mother or you. Even you yourself or any other person have paying rent to your father, then you or that other person can also file rent petition

I want ta take back my complaint from caw cell because I want to give one more chance to my relation by mutual agreement by talking with my husband personally is it possible to take back my complaint,if yes then how ,will this action can be used by my husband ta take action by saying it as false case

Q: Interference in my personal life by my wife and her family

You should need to file application cum complaint with immediate police authorities SSP or Commissioner of Police of your district for save your life & liberty with all actual facts detail date wise from the date of marriage or engagement date against all the persons, whom were do so with you. If the police failed to do so, you can file the same petition with concerned court and in high court also to protect your life liberty. The high court has inherent powers to resolve your issues.If you are not interested to carry on your matrimonial relation with your wife, you can also file divorce petition under section 13 Hindu Marriage Act ( If you belongs to Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Bodh etc Community ) with all actual facts date wise from your marriage date.
