Interested to adopt a Child age between 5 and 8. I need legal support

My name is SriRam VaradhaRajan (age: 49) and working in a private company. As I have no child, I would like to adopt a child age between 5 and 7. I have seen procedures in a website to register for the same and to pay around Rs.50,000. I would like to know is it one time payment and how the agency help to prospective adopting Parents to get a child. Kindly guide me in this regards.

Hinducan adopt the child and the procedure is to perform the particular ceremony in adoption by getting the concerned from the parents of the child and after the ceremony is over we must the dead of adoption and we must register in the sub register office the child became the adoption
