my husband intentionally filed rcr just to make him LOOK innocent but he and his family used to harrash me .i never refuse to reunite as i feel one day he may chANGE and so i told i will join him at the time of counseling ,but when i said ok to join he refused to accept .how to prove in the court that he made false allegations and filed rcr.what should be the approach?

hi if the RCR case is still pending in court then you could file affidavit in court stating that he is not taking back to her matrimonial home and that ask the court to dismiss the case against you and that they are no good grounds
