Injunction suite and Partition Suite

Hi My wife filed D V in 2019 and Divorce in 2022. both cases are running in court. we have property in joint names . now she is not allowing me to let me in my own apt since 2018. i filed Injunction suite and partition suite recently. she told judge that she is having a life threat to her from me and so asking court not to allow me to enter . she is filing objections soon. now i do not know what to do . please suggest /guide /advice .

Dear Sir, Since it is joint property your wife has no exclusive right over the entire flat. You may go to Higher Court and get an order either to divide it if possible otherwise ask her to purchase by paying 50% of consideration amount which you had paid as per present market value. Or file similar interim application before the pending Civil case.
