Inequal sharing of land between sons and daughters

15-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
There are 2 elder sons and 2 younger daughters in the family. My grandfather has signed the document for a larger part of land to elder son's wife for loan purposes. My mom or other son and daughter didn't sign in the document. Is it legally possible to put a case for inequal property sharing????

Yes, you can challenge the transfer when it is not a self acquired property of your grandfather. The mode of acquisition of the property has to seen before asserting your rights and share thereon. You can set aside the transfer if it was unlawful.
