Include the missed name in legal heir certificate

I have obtained legal heir certificate on 10 /05/2017 through tehsil office in favour of my late father who is a pensioner. My self and my three sisters are the legal heir of my father. My father died on 01/01/2017 and my mother died on 15/01/2017. In legal heir certificate my mother name is not included. I went to tehsil office for include my mother name in legal heir certificate . The Revenue inspector told me that their is no any procedure to include the name in legal heir certificate. Pl guide me any procedure to include my mother name in legal heir certificate

hi first need to see the legal heir certificate issued to you by the authorities and was there any proceedings issued in respect that legal heir procedure is not there and that you could challenge such proceedings in court
