All you have to do is to hire a counsel dealing in matrimonial cases and civil cases who can file a guardianship petition for claiming guardianship of your child and visitation rights as well. For making your in-laws evict your property, you have to file a suit for eviction but before that you have to send them a legal notice for that. For more details you may consult me.

Owner has right to recover the possession his property from any person. You can file a suit for recovery of possession if you are the owner. Also if your wife is refraining you from meeting your own child then you can take order from the court to meet them. You have every right to meet your child. If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship you should file for divorce against her under cruelty grounds. And if the property belongs to you then you can always serve them a legal notice to vacant the premises. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
