In laws left house deliberately n provokes my husband against me

My father in law assaulted me when alone in house 10 months back so I kept safe distance from him.. Now after so many months I confessed to my husband he is not trusting me on this fact and has stopped any kind of relationship or not even in talking terms with me.. Now my mother in law n father in law staying in different city and provoking my husband that my telling lies and wanting to get separated from me... No one is talking to me not my husband or my in law.... We are hindus

See, there are ample provisions in law for teaching a lesson to ur father in law provided u want to go for that.
U can file an application u/s.12 of DV Act; to the concerned magistrate against ur father in law and others too.
U can seek protection order under this application and also maintenance for urself and ur kids.
A case can be filed to the concerned police station u/s. 498A for cruelty committed by them against u.

Your problem does not look like any matrimonial dispute. You and your husband has to under marriage counselling, this small issue can be solved at very basic level. but you both have to go through counselling sessions of marriage counsellor.
