Dear sir Divorce ka case samjhota ke stage par chal raha hai par sasural wale ab jakar 19/11/2017 ko 498A ka case kar diye hai ab mai Kya karu meri wife 18/07/16 ko hi meri do betiyo jiska age 3 sal Aur ek 6 mah Ki thi chhod kar chali gayi uske bad mai 30/08/16 ko divorce file kiya usme o hajir bhi hui hai uske

Pahle to 498-A me bail lena hoga.divorce ke bad 498-A false mana jayea ye trial me false ho jayega.ya to quashing me bhi false ho jayega iske liye high court jana hoga.quashin high court me file hota hai.

Is it Police Case(FIR) or Complaint Case ? First get bail from appropriate Court because first secure yourself from going behind the jail. Then consult a good lawyer and apprise him about all the facts and developments.

कोर्ट में इस बात को रखिये की तलाक के केस में समझौते की बात थी और जब मेरी पत्नी मेरे साथ विगत एक साल से नही रह रही है मैं कैसे उसे दहेज के लिए प्रेरित कर सकता हूँ।ये सब मनगगढ़न्त बातें हैं कोर्ट का समय और मुझे तंग करने के लिए जब मैं रखने के लिए तैयार हूं तो फिर ये केस क्यूँ? और नही रहना है तो तलाक की प्रक्रिया चल ही रही है।
