in laws family told lies about my husband before marriage

Got married in march 2023, Before marriage in laws family told lies about his salary, property and my husband bad habits(drinking, taking nicotine). After marriage slowly known salary is less , property is less and he had drinking habit and taking nicotine. My husband always talking lies even casual talks too. So, that frequently I am loosing trust on him and his family. what steps have to take to save my marital life. which promises have to ask/take them(written/verbally which is better).

you can go for MOU typ of agreement betwen you and your husband or else you can file a case against all in laws and husband for fraud etc ,but you want to save you marital life better go for one time settlement MOU that sign by both and witnesses and hope he will behave better ,if not then last option cases.
