i am in relationship from last 5 yr now the boy is not ready to marry

You can register F.I.R against the boy under section 420 , 376 etc of Indian penal code. You can also file other cases against the boy for other harassment which you have been suffered from the boy.

What proof do you have which shows that you were in relation with that boy..? why he is not ready to marry..? Do you want to marry him..? have you solemnised marriage in any temple..? that can be treated and sufficient to prove for your case.. need more details to answer query.
