In 498a compromise made for husband not for parents

17-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
My wife filed 498a case against me and my parents in 2016 where I applied for 482 quashing for my parents. Through mediation I made the compromise in 2017 in local court and wife is living with me. I submitted the judgement copy in high court against 482 for parents. Now, Allahabad high court ordered in 2022 stating that visit in local court along with parents as no one appeared as party2. My question is if we do not appear in local court what all actions can be against parents. When the main case (against husband) is compromised than how court can take action against parents. Please provide the best court of action.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that you both have to file a joint affidavit in n lower court that settlement has been done and both are living together as per your agreement for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
