You should immediately tell your husband to file a writ for habeas corpus in the high court so that you can be with your husband again as it is the most effective and speedy process you can get. You may consult me in that regard.

firstly you should complaint regarding this to the concerned police station. after that you may be in a position to take further steps regarding your parents and your documents. otherwise without making a complaint you can't get out of the house also.

If you are getting unnecessary harassment from them then it's advisable for you to first of all write down your grievances and address it to the police station according to your jurisdiction. You can also approach the court for the under section 323 for the physical assaults you are facing. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

An application before the high court of the appropriate jurisdiction will be filed. And only after the Court intervention of the court you will get relief in your favour.
Also, your husband can move to the court seeking your release from unlawful custody of parents.
