I'm Hindu Male. My divorce case is already under jurisdiction in Madhya Pradesh. Now my wife has put other cases like 125/ 498 at Vadodara high court. Myself and my wife both belong to M.P. and our marriage also took place in M.P. My question to the honourable lawyers Is it possible to get the cancellation order at Vadodara or transfer the cases in M.P.

Yes you can file transfer of all cases to MP in the supreme court. Kindly understand residence acquired merely for the purpose of filing an application for maintenance cannot be said that it is included in the jurisdiction of vadodara court. She won’t be able to establish jurisdiction as per facts stated by you. Kindly consult me in my Ahmedabad or Delhi office or phone and we can file an application in supreme court for transfer of cases.

For Transfer the cases you need to file transfer petition at Supreme court. You have to give stassfactory reason why the case should be transfer at M.P.. But as your wife is a lady and she is living at Vadodara , i dont think that this case will be transfered .
