I'm having some family problems, due to my wife's behaviour and definitely its coz of her family, They're recording audio when we were having an argument in panchayat and at the end wife and her family threat me"see what we will do to you, We know how to deal with you and will spoil your life" I belive they're thinking of 498a, we never tortured her or asked to bring money from her parents if they proceed to IPc wantedly how can I defend myself, evidence should I gather to prove innocent

hi if they are threatening to file false 498 A case and other cases against you and other family members then you could file quash petition against them and could defend in the court that you are not related to offences
