I'm 24 and i plan on leaving my house soon. My question is, do my parents have the right to file a missing persons report and drag me back home? If yes, can I get an affidavit done and cut all ties with them?

you can file complaint with police closing your affidavit saying that you are no more interested to continue be there child you may issue public notice papers in the newspapers disconnect all relations with your parents stay in paying guest
