Illegitimate Child and it's legal rights...

Hiii.....I'm a mother of 5th month baby boy n he was born out of Wedlock.....before giving birth my boyfriend had told once you deliver the baby and comeback I will get married and take all the responsibility but now he is asking me to take a loan of 1lac so he can pay his debts....however I don't want to take any loan but I need him to take care of the baby and his responsibility.....I work in a bpo I earn decent amount but things are getting tougher for me financially so even if he dont marry i want him to support by monetary and now I need some advice on what needs to be done any lead would be appreciated.

In this case you can file declaratory suit for legitimacy of child, you can also claim maintenance for you and for your child
You can also claim restitution through family court if you are willing to stay with him
