Lodging complaints against an illegal adoption is not the proper solution because the adoption is of civil nature and criminal case cannot lie against it. So your remedy is to approach the civil court. There you have to place your facts properly in the form of a suit challenging the factum of adoption. This is the only remedy available to you. And you will have to give proper legal evidence through which you can prove that the adoption is invalid and illegal.
