Ek dum genuine case h apka. Agar saas ke saath atyachaar ho raha h toh saas ka pura adhikaari h ki wo unko apne ghar se nikaal sake. Saas ka khudka property h toh wo niyam ke hisab se us Ghar ki maalkin hai. Niyam kehta h ki agar kisi v senior citizen pe koi v atyachaar ho raha ho, chahe wo atyachaar I unka khudka beta ya beti v kyu naa ho, wo legal action le sakti h. I am filing divorce on mental cruelty ground. And there are 14-15 instances. I put all details in the draft. The lawyer is saying if you put all it will backfire on you. You are absolutely correct. If the events are true, and your pleadings are based on true facts, then a rapid 1000 questions cannot demolish your case. Ultimately the truth wins. And it is always advisable to put forth all facts which are in your favour. If the grounds are made out for grant of divorce, then the Court would definitely grant a decree of divorce.

Your son can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights and for an order from the court ordering your daughter-in-law to come back and start residing with your son and your family. For that your son will have to file a civil case before either a civil court or before the jurisdictional family court. Your case is purely covered by Consumer Protection Act. As per the data provided by you, the hotel manager (i.e.) the hotel itself played unfair trade practice upon the you and has done illegal deficiency in service. Once you have paid some amount for a particular service, the hotel or the service provider is bound to serve you and provide you the correct GST bills as per law. You can serve a legal notice for refund of your entire paid amount alongwith interest. A consumer complaint can also be filed in case of non compliance to the claims made in the legal notice. You are also eligible for proper compensation as per the loss sustained and incurred by you for mental harrassment as well.
