If their are two wives of deceased person who will get legal heir cert

Let me know if there is two wifes of the deceased person ? who will get legal heir certificate if they appaear at civil court ?
If the first wife has obtained divorce from her husband the first wife is not entitled to get legal heirs certificate in her favor. If the first wife has not obtained divorce from her husband, then the first wife is entitled to get legal heir on her favour.

If they are Hindu by religion then 1st legal married wife is the legal heir of the deceased person but the children out of both the wife s are legal heir of the said person but if the 1st wife is not legal married wife then she will not get

Both wives and offspring will get.But if evedence of one wife will be weak then court may delete her.When the matter is pending in civil suit then evedences are called for,If both adduce evedences then both can get.
