If any mou is executed on stamp paper that dowry neither taken nor demanded can it debbared to file cases again in future if dispute arises again

Anti Dowry law is a statutory law meant for protection of vulnerable section of society, namely married women. There can be no estoppel against that by way of MoU. An MOU can help show that no dowry was taken but it will be seen along with other evidence and will not debar any future legal proceedings.

no contract in marriage are more specific in european law and west countries .. but a written agreement always have a better chance to proof your case. initially you may agree not to take or give dowry .. but at later stage if any demands comes from either parties that you can proceed legally

Such MOU won’t debarred any one to file case in any circumstances! A simply plea that it was executed via threar, undue influence or misrepresentation etc would always be in picture in such case ! Anyways u need to hire expert advocate in this regard Plz b in touch
