If family has three brothers, then all three brothers has married and in which last two younger brothers have children but elder brother didn't have children then . The family dispute between elder brother and his wife. so then how much right's will elder brother's wife have a property of his husband. nPlease answer for both situation n1 before husband died. n2 after husband died.

Dear Sir, Be informed that wife has no share in the properties of her husband during his lifetime but entitled for alimony depending upon the husbands monthly earnings etc. If husband dies she is entitled for 1/3rd share that is equivalent to share of other siblings of her deceased husband.
