I wish to get my case transferred

My husband file rcr section 9 in his home town last year .I went to attend the court hearing once but i felt it is not safe as well as it is very far..Iam residential of banaglore.My relatives are in allahabad and kanpur. So i want to get the case transfer from gorakhpur to any of these place .My husband is working in Delhi .kindly give me suggestions.

You will have to file a transfer application in the Allahabad High Court giving valid grounds for transfer of the matter from Gorakhpur to Allahabad / Kanpur. As you have mentioned that you have an apprehension that Gorakhpur is not safe, you can file a transfer application in the Allahabad High Court.

So for as the transfer of the case is concerned law is in favour of you. But fo transfer of this case from Gorakh Pur to Kan Pur or Allahabad you first decide where it may better for you then where you want may be transferred by a petition before High Court Allahabad. For Banglor you have to file case before Supreme Court.
