I wish to claim maintenance from my husband

I want to file a case for maintenance of myself and my 3 children from my husband. In which IPC I have to file that case.please tell me. And, Also I want to withdraw my complaint from CWC because they were telling me to compromise with my husband.So how it will done.

dear client tell me the exact facts so that proper ad appropriate remedy shall be provided to you. yes you can file maintainancd case against your husband along with your children but some more facts be required for appropriate guidance or consultation

Yes you can file the case of maintenance under section 125 of CrPC against your husband. You can submit a application for withdraw of case in CWC. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Maam, Maintenance can be claimed under section 125 Cr.P.C. you can file a petition for maintenance for yourself as well as your children and you husband is liable to pay you and you children maintenance

you can claim maintenance u/s 125 Crpc for you and your children. Are you living separate from your husband or living with him? you can withdraw complaint from CWC by given in written before CWC Officer
