I was separated and living alone. I met this Muslim guy, my gym instructor. I was depressed and he seemed like a very progressive guy. He asked me to fight for my rights and file divorce. Slowly his family got involved. They asked me to marry him. His mother suggested conversion. He was the only support I had. I agreed. Then they asked me to invest in a business for him. I did. Now I realize he used me for mon. He is blackmailing. I don't want him. He says after my divorce I have to marry him.

If he has cheated you or outraged your modesty then you may very well file a case against him. You got to prepare a proper complaint under the supervision of a criminal side advocate so as to made out the ingredients of offence.

No one can force you to marry someone. It is your personal choice. If that guy who trapped you is now blackmailing you, get a FIR registered with your local police station against him. The police authorities will investigate the matter and will refrain him from contacting you
