I Want To Separate From My Family

I want to be separated from my family, I want to become an orphan, I have nothing to do with any of their property, I have no relation with them, nor with their property. My Religion Hindu & I am a Indian

You cannot declare yourself orphan until and unless your biological parents are dead. Yes, if you do not want any share in their property then you can make a relinquishment deed and then you can relinquish all your interest in your parents property whether it be present or future property. Leaving alone is your ultimate choice, and there is no legal procedure available as such. By making a relinquishment deed you thereby declare that you no more want any share or money out of that property thereby vacating all your claims whatsoever. For further advice contact our team.
