I want to marry under special marriage act..

I want to marry under special marriage act. I am 30 yes old. I cannot marry from the sub registrar office in my place or his place. My family supports marriage but not his.. We wanted to get married before some one come to know about and then Wil inform parents.we have informed parents but they didn't accept us so this is the only way. Can u please tell me is it possible to get married legally somewhere else other than our sub registrar office. Plus help us.. We Don have any option and I must getting aged

which religion Dou you belongs is to be mentioned. if you are Hindus you can marry in temple. for under special marriage act you must marry before the sub registrar office. another option available but I can't disclose through phone.

Show some valid address within the jurisdiction of another RO and get document like back dated rent payment reciept to show that the person is resident there for more than 6 months. Then apply in the concerned RO where the notice will b displayed and u can avoid some one related sees it.
