I am a divorcee . My divorce took place in 2018. I want to marry again.so that's why I am asking is it necessary to tell about my early marriage to my new would be wife.
If I don't tell my secret what are the legal complexion can take place. Please brief me
It might amount to a fraud on your part to hide this information from the prospective bride. if later she do not condone this fraudulent act on your part it would give her a right to annual the marriage and also initiate criminal proceedings against you.

when you will apply for your fresh marriage registration in that there will be 2 options not married or divorcee if you write divorcee you are saved and if you tick not married and later your present wife gets to know that will be cheating and suppression on your part upon your new wife which is a crime
