I want to have a simple visiting option of my son though court .what case should be easier to get just visiting rights of child .wife without informing me even changed last address so even if court grants viking rights how it will help as I don't know where abouts of them

if u want custody or visiting right u must have address of the wife whether permanent or temporary cause court will send notice to the wife . Now a days if u receive notice through wats app or email that is also admitted.

if your wife has the custody of the child you can simply file a case for seeking grant of visiting rights in order to meet your son are you and your wife legally separated? if yes then there must have been some decision taken about how the child is gonna cope up with all this? for further queries please feel free to contact
