I want to give divorce to my wife as she was not taking care of my parents and I told her before the marriage. I only marry you if you take care of my parents she agreed then and now she was not taking care of my parents. We have 2 daughters. 1st daughter 2 years and 2nd daughter 5months. I want daughters.
In such circumstances, you have to file a petition (Guardian OP) before District Court seeking children custody. Then all your problems/questions will be cleared in your favour positively.
