I want to do a court marriage with my partner, he knows about my divorce but his family doesn't know

I want to do a court marriage with my partner, he knows about my divorce but his family doesn't know, We don't want to disclose this to his family. While doing a court marriage in presence of his family, will they be able to know about the divorce? if so how can I hide it?

There is nothing called court marriage. Marriages don’t happen in any court. There is only registration of Marriage. First you need to take divorce from your previous wife if you haven’t taken yet. (In case u follow Hindu religion). If you have already taken divorce you need to perform a new marriage according to religion you follow. Thenceforth you need to file application at concerned SDM office for the registration of marriage. All the best

If you wish to go for the registered marriage then nowadays everything is uploaded online. You need to upload your documents along with the divorce decree. But if you wish to go for the arya samaj marriage then it will be done offline and the need of the divorce decree rarely appears. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

The only way they are going to know if they go through the application form you are going to fill and submit at the registrar of marriage. The best way is not to make them witnesses because if they see the application form, your current status as a divorcee may be revealed to them. If you want to evade that to happen, you may consult me. I can tell you ways to avoid it.

no it will be not known we can go for it court marriage and Arya samaj Maariage also. do you have divorce decree for further query plz free to call any documents any address will be done for the court marriage

Hi, you can proceed with the procedure of getting married in Court without letting his family aware of the fact of already married and divorce. You need to tell your advocate every hidden fact so as to prepare the documents in such a way so as to proceed smoothly
