I want to disown my father i had taken help of lawyer but he just made an affidavit signed by notary published in newspaper he didn't given me original affidavit is this the way to disown legally or lawyer had made me fool ??? Please answer so that I can proceed in right direction
Yes your lawyer have not done in proper things.
He should have file the petition not interfere in your life and property (if any).
By filing an affidavit and making publication is not a proper way to disown anyone. for more info you may book appointment.
