I Want To Be With Wife But She Is Demanding Will From Parents

My wife demanding properties from parents in the name of safety and security which denyed so cases on us which i think general custom or weapon.i still love her what ever she has done including cutting all communication .I didnt file any thing from my end hoping she will realise come back .Except RCR is there any thing i can do ? Can i visit my son without filling visiting rights case in court ?

if your voice is already in court and your present in that case then suggest your advocate to file and compromise application to keep your matter for mediation and see what happens you to express in court that you are willing to cohabit with your wife and ready to take her for conjugal purpose then automatically court will ask your wife for Kuwait with you show your love about your wife to court also because supreme court in his own judgement clearly says that in family matters judge much observe spouse they love their affection more than law so it will help you for more correct and exact suggestion and you some documents.
