I want pcc for europe being as a A5 in 498a

My brother in law's wife filed a case against me am just a brother in law I even didn't married his sister. I got a job opportunity in Europe I have a doubt on getting PCC. please help me how to get pcc. They are still not going to resolve their problems since 2 years

hi you could file quash petition to quash the 498A case against you and need to see the allegations mentioned in the chargesheet and that you need to deny about the allegations and that you were not connected to the allegations mentioned in the chargesheet
