Unfortunately, my mother has passed away, and my father is currently incarcerated due to being convicted of her murder. This has caused me significant distress and difficulty, and I am seeking to have my birth certificate corrected to reflect my biological parents accurately.My birth certificate was issued in Mumbai,maharashtra, India, on 16/06/2012. The names of my parents are listed incorrectly, and I believe that my paternal family members wrongly put my paternal uncle and aunt's name instead of my father and mother's name. The name of my father, who is currently incarcerated, is listed as my father, but the name of my mother, who has passed away, is not listed on the certificate.
