I scolded my family person only on mobile phone..I have not met physi

On a phone call I scolded one of my family member not met physically.. can She lodge a complaint on me? If yes on what basis she lodged the complaint?

Dear Sir, Even schooling on phone may attract Section 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. But such offences are not so serious and you can get bail easily. You should not be so scared of such negligible incident. Be brave and face the consequences you must deny the entire incident itself.
