I plan to remarry on getting formal divorce decree from court on expar

When earliest can i file application for remarriage? Is it essential that my would be husband comes from Mumbai for submitting the application with biometrics. If yes when shud he come only for a day

Hello, I am yet to understand when you will be getting your divorce. Technically you can apply for marriage on the same day your current marriage gets dissolved with a decree of divorce. He has to come down for 2-3 days. Once while applying, once while verification and finally on the day of the Marriage. At times the first two steps are done on the same day. Regards
