When earliest can i file application for remarriage? Is it essential that my would be husband comes from Mumbai for submitting the application with biometrics. If yes when shud he come only for a day

while applying for marriage only one party needs to be present both parties are not required moreover its now online so it can be done from your home after which appointment is given and its hassle free
