I performed love marriage but now my wife is not returning back bcz of

My marriage was done on 5 january. nThe bride parents are not happy for this marriage they filed a complained against my wife that she is missing. After 4 months her parents bring back to her home and they brainwashed my wife.they pressured my wife to not go with me Now she is not ready to come back what can i do now??

hello mr. I got your point...first of all talk to your wife and asked her for hand written letter that she wants to come but her parents is not allowing..against her will she is staying with parents...or file sec 9 application in family court....for further detail do contact...

U can file a complaint in SDM court or judicial magistrate court under section 98 criminal procedure code against ur wife's parents...then honourable court issue a search warrant for search of ur wife and if police took ur wife before majistrate and ur wife give evidence in favour of u then ur problem will be solve.
