i need to ask that my hubby is not understandable.

he throws all things in harah manner.like he empty the cooker of rajma and throw it on gas stove. and throws evry thing of kitchen. moreover i want to cut myself into small small pieces . at times, i got scared . whether i have to make a complaint??
