i need legal advice my in laws given false statement

sir my marriage done at aarya samaj mandir 26-04-2022 in hyderabad , my in laws given false statement in police station that they will perform marriage again in thier officially in the presence of all my relatives , they took my wife with them forcibly after reaching from police station , now they are planning to do marriage again to her without divorce

Hello, subject to the contents of your query, it is advisable for you to either directly or along with an advocate approach the concerned Police Station to file a complaint against your in-laws for forcing your wife to marry another person or get an injunction from the family court to restrain such marriage, For more details contact me

sir we can lodge a petition in high for immediate return of your wife but i will be needing thatarya samaj certificate and both of your wedding photographs it will take one day for filing and another for listing and getting an order
