Before 8 Months I Lost My Wife In November Due To Dengue Infection In Hospital On The Funeral of My Wife My Laws Take My Son At There Home after 15 Days I Ask For Back My Son They Sad He Is Disturb Due To This Bad Situation I agree I think 2-3 Month he will live Far away from our bad Situation after that we will take His Back as With Full Faith and Trust but when after 4 month I ask for his admission in School I want his back they start to give denied after that how I get my kid better advice pl

After your wife's death you are the legal guardian of your child and the child belongs to you only. No one can claim his/her rights over him. If they are not listening to you and if there is no way out left then you can always file a petition for child custody in court according to your jurisdiction. As per what you say, your child has been kept out of your legal custody without your permission. this is impermissible in law. you may move the court by filing appropriate proceedings and given the facts of the case, the court should in all probability grant you relief.
