I married a Pakistani Man and want to call him to India

16-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
I am a 37 Year old Muslim Indian woman from Delhi, I got married to a Pakistani national man who is also a first cousin of mine. We got married(Nikah) online on a video call on 5th Feb 2022 and we met in Dubai for the first time after our Nikah in June 2023. Nikah documents that were pending with my signature only were signed by me in Dubai and now my husband has put those in registration process with the government of Pakistan. My query is can I get a visit visa, long-term visa or maybe a spous

Yes, Pakistan High Commission will grant you visa and there shall be no problem. Pakistan High commission is considerate in this view that is because they are aware of family relationships across borders. Also your husband can also get visit visa to visit India. If the ministry or the High Commission of India doesn't do so you will have to approach the high court to direct the ministry or High commission to issue a visa.
